A 50% deposit holds your date. Your date is locked in once it's received.

The balance is due 14 days before. Then it's pickup or delivery day.
Payments

- Short-notice orders
- Orders within 2 weeks of your date are paid in full at the time of ordering, before work begins. Designer cakes ordered within 2 weeks also have a $30 late-order fee.

Pickup in Taupō

Local Taupō delivery, $10
Delivered within a 30-minute window. Outside Taupō? Get in touch and I'll quote delivery.
Minimum order $100
Applies to all custom cake and cupcake orders.

Questions I get asked
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weekends and weddings. Your date is only held once the deposit is in. Orders inside 2 weeks are sometimes possible, so it's always worth asking.
I asked for a one layer cake. What will I get?
Every tier is three layers of cake high. If you mean one tier, that's a single cake, still three layers inside. If you need it to go further, a second tier is the way to go.
What size do I need?
Have a look at the serving guide. As a guide, a 10" round serves 38 to 50, and a 6" & 8" two-tier serves 32 to 64.
Can I mix cupcake flavours in one dozen?
Each dozen is one flavour. If you'd like a mix, order a dozen of each.
Are the fondant figures edible?
Yes. Models are made from fondant, with small supports inside to stop them bending. Some cakes also contain dowels, flower wires or ribbons, so please remove these before serving.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations within 2 weeks of your date are non-refundable. With more than 2 weeks' notice, I can offer a partial refund or store credit, excluding the deposit and any specially ordered items. Read the full terms.
