I require a minimum of two weeks' notice for all custom cake orders. Because I handle everything personally, my calendar can fill up quickly! If you have a last-minute request, feel free to check in—if I have a gap, I’ll do my best to squeeze you in.

I operate from my home kitchen in Taupō. Once your order is confirmed and deposit paid, you may collect on the agreed upon day and time.

Yes, local delivery within Taupō is available by prior arrangement for an additional fee. For tiered wedding or event cakes, I highly recommend delivery to ensure your centerpiece arrives perfectly.
-
I can provide Gluten-Free, Egg-Free, and Nut-Free options upon request. However, please note that these ingredients are used in my kitchen. While I take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for highly sensitive individuals.

Cakes are delicate! The safest place for a cake is on a flat, level surface—the floor of the passenger side of your car is usually the best spot. Please keep your car cool and avoid placing the cake on a seat or in someone's lap, as this can cause the cake to tilt or slide.
-
Our cakes are finished in Swiss Meringue Buttercream, which is best kept in a cool, dry place. While the cake is shelf-stable, I recommend refrigeration for the best visual results—just remember to take it out 1–2 hours before serving so the buttercream can return to its signature silky texture.
